By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

Specific production engagements, co-production deals and licensing arrangements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

All trailers, posters, stills and copy on this site are owned by Aether AI Studios or licensed to it. You may view and share links to them; you may not download, re-upload, remix or use them commercially without written permission.

Trailers in the Works Gallery are promotional excerpts. Runtimes, production cycles and technical notes shown on cards describe the completed work and are not a service-level commitment for new projects.

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Production schedules assume timely delivery of client-side approvals and source materials; delays on those items extend the timeline correspondingly.

Unless the signed agreement states otherwise, the client owns the delivered final work, and Aether retains ownership of its pipelines, tooling, trained internal models and non-client-specific R&D outputs.

You must hold the rights to all materials you supply — including likeness rights for any real person to be reproduced digitally — and you indemnify Aether against third-party claims arising from those materials.

Submitting to the Aether Film Festival grants the festival a non-exclusive right to screen the work and use short excerpts for festival promotion. All other rights remain with the creator.

Submissions must disclose which portions were AI-generated and confirm that no unlicensed third-party material or unauthorized likeness was used. Undisclosed violations lead to disqualification.

The website is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove content, routes and features without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether's aggregate liability arising from website use is limited to the fees you paid, if any, in the preceding twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
