Privacy Policy

When you submit the Partners & Contact inquiry form we collect the inquiry type, your name, email address, company name and message content. These fields are the minimum required to route and respond to a business request.

We also record standard technical data generated by any web request — IP address, browser user agent, referring page and timestamp — for security auditing and abuse prevention.

For film festival submissions and production collaborations, we additionally process the materials you upload, together with the credits and rights declarations attached to them.

Inquiry data is used solely to evaluate and respond to your request, to prepare quotations and production schedules, and to maintain a record of the commercial relationship.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use inquiry content as training material for generative models. Model training at Aether uses licensed datasets and rights-cleared in-house footage only.

Inquiry records are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security; only authorized Aether staff accounts can read them. Transport is encrypted with TLS.

Business inquiry records are retained for 24 months after the last contact, unless a signed contract requires a longer statutory retention period. Unsuccessful festival submissions are deleted within 12 months of the edition closing.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage and transactional email delivery. Each acts as a processor under contract and may not use the data for its own purposes.

Where a collaboration involves a studio, streaming platform or festival jury, we disclose only the materials and credits necessary for that specific review, and only after informing you.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for future contact at any time. Write to legal@aetherai.me and we will respond within 30 days.

Aether operates from California, United States. Data transferred out of your jurisdiction is protected by standard contractual clauses where applicable.
