Copyright compliance, training data sources, the LoRA asset library and C2PA provenance — answered.
In most jurisdictions, AI-assisted works with substantial human creative input qualify for copyright protection. Every Aether production is driven by substantive creative decisions from directors, art and editorial teams, and the full generation chain is preserved as evidence. Ownership is defined by the project contract and defaults to the commissioning client, with attribution documents delivered alongside the master.
Yes. Every delivered title ships with C2PA content credentials, WAIO-standard AI transparency credits and generation-chain evidence, meeting mainstream festival and platform disclosure requirements for AI content. The WAIO certification number is verifiable online by any third party.
Under the AI Film Copyright Traceability Rules, we can locate the generation record and training-data lineage of any disputed frame, then follow the industry arbitration procedure — claim filing, evidence review and ruling — with the preserved chain of evidence as the authoritative reference.
No unlicensed content is ever used. Foundation models are trained and fine-tuned exclusively on our own shot footage and licensed footage libraries, keeping the whole chain copyright-compliant. Every training batch is archived with its license documents and is auditable in the annual compliance review.
All voice cloning and digital likeness work requires written performer consent, with practices aligned to SAG-AFTRA digital-performance guidelines. Scope, term and permitted use are written into the contract and recorded in the provenance metadata of every delivered frame.
It is our proprietary collection of small adapter models trained per character and scene, fixing each face, bone structure and performance signature into a reusable asset. Combined with IP-Adapter and 3DGS scene fields, it keeps characters consistent across shots, episodes and sequels — a compounding library that grows with every production.
Custom LoRA assets from commissioned work belong to the client by default and are hosted in an isolated, encrypted asset vault. They are never used for other projects without written permission, and can be delivered or destroyed at contract end at the client's choice.
The library enforces tiered access control, full-coverage watermarking and call-log auditing. Every asset invocation is written into the C2PA provenance chain, so any unauthorized export can be identified through watermark detection and traced back to its source.
Every delivered frame carries credentials covering the generation model, the LoRA assets used, edit history and the responsible-party signature — a complete, auditable generation chain. Creative secrets such as prompts are never exposed in the public credentials.
Credentials follow the open C2PA standard, so any compatible tool — such as contentcredentials.org — can verify the signature and integrity offline. The WAIO certification number printed in the credits can also be checked on the official site.
